PARIS (Reuters) – Paris Saint-Germain, France's Ligue 1 champion, lost their defeat in the Champions League Cup against Jangon after a 9-0 home defeat on Saturday.
The capital's team was leading the standings with Edison Cavani and Kylian Mbabi, with two goals from Neymar and a goal from Thomas Munier, but he lost Marco Verati's efforts.
The Italian midfielder left the field 13 minutes after one of the Janjun's players injured his knee.
"I think it's dangerous, he could be away for several weeks," said St Germain coach Thomas Tochle, responsible for Veratti's injury.
St Germain will travel to Manchester United on February 12 for the knockout stages of the Champions League.
