A simple game can be a reason to bring joy into the hearts of innocent children, which is a cancer in their body. So, I thought about three Turkish housewives and I started to apply this idea in the city of Izmir in western Turkey.

Mahtab Arkan, a volunteer housewife, told the Anatolian correspondent that they knit and make toys and give them to children with cancer to make them happy and provide them with psychological support.

Mahathab adds that the knitting of games is done with natural wool, provided by the benefactors, to help draw a smile on the faces of sick children.

She explains that she and two of her colleagues sometimes play games at home and sometimes in a sewing workshop.

They point out that they juggle with colorful and attractive games drawn from cartoon characters and different animals.

She points out that she feels real happiness when she can draw a smile on the faces of children with cancer, stressing that it is important to maintain the spirits of children during the phase of treatment.
