LONDON (Reuters) – Arsenal midfielder Hector Pelierin will be missing six to nine months after his cruciate ligament injury in Saturday's game against Chelsea, British media reported on Tuesday.

Pelierin was playing his first game to go after his return from a calf injury and had been hit in the knee during a second – period clash at Chelsea. The 23-year-old suffered a new shock against coach Onai Emery, who lost Rob Holding's efforts until the end of the season due to a similar knee problem the month latest.
