The Watsab app for iPhone users has enabled facial or tactile identity to open the app on their devices.
The feature developed by the app for Apple devices is available for version 2.19.20 of the iOS application. Users can update their app to use it.
The iPhone X, XS, XS Max and XR support facial recognition, while other models of iPhone support the fingerprint function.
The new feature can be enabled by clicking Settings, Account, Privacy and Enable Screen Lock. When this option is enabled, the application asks the user to choose a fingerprint or face recognition each time he / she accesses the application.
If the user fails to access the application with the help of fingerprint or facial recognition, he will be prompted to enter the secret access code.
Watsab has a similar functionality to its Android application: the fingerprint feature, currently under development, will work on smartphones equipped with a fingerprint sensor and running Android 6.0 or a later version of Marsmallow .
