Bayern Munich has confirmed that its captain, Manuel Black, will travel to Germany next week for Hertha Berlin.

There was doubt about the German captain's participation in Hertha Berlin's injury because of his long absence.

The Bavarian captain missed his 3-0 defeat against Bayer Leverkusen this weekend. He was reported missing for three months.

However, Black quickly rebounded and went to Berlin with the rest of the team after stadium trainer coach Niko Kovac said his guard could be available at the pre-game press conference.

Thiago Alcantara and Franck Ribery will also travel, but Corinthine Toliso, Arjen Robben and Renato Sanchez are not available and have resided in Munich.

The 32-year-old has played 28 games with Bayern Munich in all competitions. He conceded 26 goals and maintained a clean sheet in 11 games.
