Facebook has introduced a new feature in Messenger Messenger, allowing users to delete messages from conversations after they are sent.
If you send the wrong message to the wrong person or you make a typo, you can now delete the message from Messenger.
The feature works by clicking on the message you wish to delete within 10 minutes after it is sent. Two options are available to you: Delete the message from everyone or delete it alone. And choose to remove the message from each person who will place a text in the place where your message indicates that you have deleted it.
This is what Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, was forced to remove the messages he had sent. Last April, several sources indicated that the messages they had received from Zuckerberg had mysteriously disappeared. When questioned, the company confirmed that Zuckerberg's letters had expired over time.
But after people discovered that Zuckerberg and other company executives could suppress the messages when the average user could not, they protested against the company's preferential treatment of its officials.
On the same day, Facebook announced that it would develop a "sending cancellation" feature for all users in a few months and limit Zuckerberg 's ability to use it until the end of the year. that everyone has the same abilities.
But according to the Virgin Technology website, these "few months" turned out to be nine months.
The new feature is available as of Tuesday for all users of iOS and Android operating systems, the company said.
