MP Mohamed Kabara informed Prime Minister Saad Hariri of the worsening social situation in Tripoli, insisting on the launch of a development workshop after the adoption of the general budget.
Kabbara warned against any attempt to impose a garbage dump in the town of Fur, pointing out that citizens refuse this landfill and will not allow the settlement.
Kabbara told Environment Minister Fadi Griissati that the state should look for another way to deal with the waste crisis and proposed that the interim solution be that each zone seek a place of discharge .
Kabara added: No areas will be accepted as dump for another area. This has been proven in recent years and is confirmed by the current facts.
