For his part, Major-General Nayrat conveyed the greetings of the President of the Olympic Committee, Major General Jibril Rajoub, and the Secretary General, Major-General Abdul Majeed Hajjah, underlining their position and the Palestinian Federation to all Jerusalem clubs, especially the "Rock Club". Scientific and practical, considering the club as a leading stage that we cherish.

Major-General Nayrat and Salah Abu Rumaila commended the Rock Club's efforts to organize international competitions, despite the difficulties and obstacles encountered in Jerusalem and the club's determination to overcome punishment by organizing Palestinian sports competitions aimed at to stabilize Palestinian sport in Jerusalem.
