The Egyptian actor Farouk al-Fishawi died at the age of 67 from the aftermath of a cancer.
The Egyptian Trade Union of Professional Professions published the news of death on its official Facebook page on the morning of Thursday, July 25, indicating that the funeral prayer would be held at Mustafa Mahmoud Mosque in Giza.

Al-Fishawi was married to Egyptian actress Sumaya Al-Alfi. He has two children, Ahmad and Omar, where Ahmed enters the role of father.
