He pointed out that roads in Lebanon prevent the injured from arriving in hospitals, because of overcrowding and after hospitals and other obstacles, and that we at the Ministry of Health have accidents of the road because more than 60% of cars in Lebanon do not have compulsory insurance, The budget of the Ministry of Health is not enough to treat them, because the most expensive operations are those resulting from 39 road accidents, particularly because of the high number of injuries each year, and we hope that this problem will be solved and that the control of offenders will be quick.

He said that there is no road accident in Lebanon without speed and that the car that exceeds the speed of accidents is fatal, and stressed that if the law is enforced, we can protect our people and I have never seen a car driver without a phone.
