The designer Raed Khalil won the TAPER international festival in the Czech Republic with 286 artists from 58 countries.
The winning painting highlights health care in a tragic way, in contrast to the caricature of the lights in light of the spread of the so-called "global organ trade".
Khalil said in a press release: A true ecstasy when the flash moment takes us down the halls of intense thought or in a state of glare in the formation and synthesis of work.
Khalil has won numerous international awards this year from Kosovo, Morocco, China, Romania and Montenegro.
