An Egyptian lawyer has filed a complaint with the Supreme Council of the Media, demanding that the two stars Yousra and Elham Shahin be imprisoned, accusing them of badaulting the journalist of the Egyptian newspaper Al-Dustour, Radwa Abdel Ghani.
In the details, the lawyer Ayman Mahfouz said in the communication that the attack had occurred during the cover of the journalist's condolences for Yousra's mother.
It should be noted that the offense is considered, under Article 96 of the Press and Media Regulation in Egypt, as a crime punishable by a term of imprisonment with a penalty of fine.
The lawyer pointed out that the journalist was to enjoy the legal protection provided for in Articles 68 to 72 of the Constitution and requested the activation of the guarantees to the press at the end of his complaint.
