Two years ago, a waste treatment plant was installed in the city of Ghosta al-Kasrawani, whose engines were shut down in December 2018. The company responsible for the collection and disposal of waste in Metn and Kesrouan, after extracting a consensual contract from the Municipality of Beirut (Al-Akhbar, July 19), provides for the transfer of 200 tons of waste and treatment capital, worth $ 23 million.
