Solid Explorer File Manager now works with Scoped Storage on Android Q

The most important change is perhaps the Scoped Storage feature, which places security at the heart of the priorities of the Android Q system.

In turn, Google announced that developers should upgrade or update their applications to include a support interface for Scoped Storage.

But with so many complaints from developers that they have little time to update their applications on time, Google has reappeared and will not make Scoped Storage a request until the next version of Android R. However, the Solid File Manager application provides full support for this feature.

With this support, File Manager is the third application that supports Scoped Storage after MiXplorer and Files by Google.

Regardless of this support, the update also offers the following version of Solid Explorer 2.7 in some places:

• Improve the performance of external storage operations.
• Automatic switching of the function in white or black according to the system setting.
