American rapper Cardi B canceled a concert Tuesday in Indianapolis, due to security threats, said the artist on his Twitter account.
The Indianapolis police confirmed via the same network that the offer had been canceled for "undetermined risk", explaining "that there was no imminent danger to the safety of the public (…) and to open an investigation in this regard ".
"I regret what happened today," wrote Cardi Bey. "I am sorry that she has never been exposed to such a situation."
He also issued a statement to the event's host company to postpone the concert.
Some denounced the cancellation of the concert only a few minutes before the start, while others expressed their satisfaction to take into account security considerations.
