An important protest was held in Beddawi camp to protest the decision of Labor Minister Kamil Abu Sulaiman that the Palestinian worker should have a pre-employment permit, which was attended by Palestinian faction representatives, popular committees and camp members.

The protest, the third of the camp, drove the streets of the camp up to the tent erected by protesters at the northern entrance of the camp, where they are organizing an open symbolic sit-in.

"Palestinians in Lebanon want to live in dignity, they refuse resettlement and displacement and are fighting for a return to Palestine," said Atef Khalil, leader of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (ANT) in the north of the country .

"The Lebanese government must support the Palestinian people's struggle for return to its territory by legislating in labor and property laws and living in dignity," Khalil said.

More than 2,000 Palestinian refugees in the Tire camps, particularly the north tower, held demonstrations and rallies after Friday prayers, rejecting and denouncing the Minister of Labor's decision regarding the rights of Palestinian workers.
