Apple makes it easy to locate lost devices and share Wi-Fi pbadwords, and AirDrop lets them share files between neighboring devices.
However, a recent report revealed that these features can be used to access a wide range of potentially sensitive data.
According to the report, the operation of the "pluton", for example, provides important information about the quality of the phone, its operating system and the type of battery, adding that "AirDrop can also be exploited by hackers to access the phone number ".
"These data may not seem to be of great importance, but using them properly could expose the homeowner to many problems," said research conducted by Hexway Security.
