Ein el-Hilweh's camp witnesses a cautious calm following the security operation conducted this morning, during which the district of Red Head, Bilal Arqoub's stronghold, is accused of killing Palestinian Hussein Alaeddin,

Clashes erupted between the Palestinian National Security Command and Ansar al Ansar, who used machine guns and grenades, allowing the Arqub group to withdraw from the area.

The clashes caused the burning of many houses and material damage, while bullets dominated the perimeter of the camp, causing damage to the front of some shops.

Unified Palestinian political leaders would hold an emergency meeting in the camp to discuss the security situation in Ein El Helweh, in the light of recent developments.

In addition, Arab Zabid committees have asked Al-Ras Al-Ahmar and Ansar Al-Ansar neighborhoods to return to their homes in the Al-Ras Al Ahmar district after the end of the security operation.
