On the sidelines of the third meeting of the Specialized Technical Committee on Health, Population and Drug Control, Dr. Hala Zayed held bilateral talks with Ugandan Minister of Health Jean Ross during which they discussed ways to to cooperate in cases of malaria treatment in Uganda, providing affordable treatments and supporting Lake Victoria.
