Tatweer Egypt has announced the delivery of the first phase of its Foca Bay project in the Ras Al Hikma area on the north coast, which includes about 165 units, according to Dr. Ahmed Shalaby, general manager and general manager.

He added that during the tour organized by the company, the project as a whole had been sold to the entire residential portion and that there remained a number of units in the hotel, noting the completion of the construction of desalination plants and treatment of water and electricity.

In response to a question from "Habi" about the amount of investments pumped up to now in the project, Shalabi said the company had so far pumped 1.5 billion pounds during the first phase, including water, electricity and drainage.

On project sales, Shalaby pointed out that the company had reached 5.5 billion pounds.
