St Germain crowned Super Cup for seventh consecutive season

Paris Saint-Germain won the French Super Cup for the seventh consecutive season after a hard win and beat Rennes 2-1 on Saturday in the match at Shenzhen Stadium, China.

Adrian Houno opened the scoring for Rennes in the 13th minute and Kylian Mbabi equalized in the 57th minute, before Maria's substitute Angel scored a 2-1 victory over Saint-Germain in the 73rd minute.

St Germain has raised the record number of French Super Cup titles to 11 or 7 titles against his closest rivals, while Le Roy has never won the title.
