Cairo – Mubasher: Beltone Financial's research division has set the fair value of Arab Food Industries Company (DUMI) between £ 14.80 and £ 9.42.

In a research note published Sunday, Beltone recommended to buy the stock, noting that Domte 's acquisition of a 50 million pound bakery product by February 2020 was positive. , given the weak market for white cheeses during the current period and the significant difference in profitability between sectors of society.

Dumti ​​announced today the signing of a contract with the American company AMF for the supply and installation of a new production line for the bakery, at a cost of 50 millions of pounds.

The purchase of the new production line will be financed by a medium-term bank loan denominated in US dollars – or 80% of the total cost of the line – and self-financed from the company's resources for the part paid in pounds sterling – representing 20% ​​of the total cost of the line.

The statement pointed out that the production capacity of the line is 270,000 pieces per day.

Dumti ​​added that the new line is expected to be operational in February 2020, indicating that this line is the third of the company's production lines in the field of bakery products.

"It is possible to use the line to produce a sandwich and also bread."

The company reported a net profit of 28.84 million pounds between early January and late March, against 40.44 million pounds for the same period in 2018.
