Dwayne Johnson, the 47-year-old father and father of three, announced his official retirement after being lucky enough to have a great career and do what he wanted to do.
In an interview, Johnson talked about his career and how he went from the sports world to glory. But stressed that he had spent his time and his work to get to what he is today.
He added that he would miss the world of struggle because there is no parallel with the public and to attend directly, according to the British "Metro" website.
The Rock started with WWE in Survivor Series in 1996, and later in The Ring.
Johnson decided 15 years ago to pull out of the fight, to pursue his dream of acting, but returned to the ring in 2012 and competed in a race with John Cena.
The Rock has managed to maintain his career in wrestling and acting while taking care of his three children.
