KGL Logistics' financial results posted a profit of KD 1.43 million (US $ 4.71 million) in the second quarter of this year, compared with a profit of 1.85 million KD in the second quarter of 2018.
The company made a profit of 3.11 million dinars in the first half of this year, against 3.92 million dinars for the same period last year, a decrease of 20.7%.
The company said in a statement to the stock market that the decline in profits during the comparison periods was due to a reduction in industrial activity.
Logistic's profit decreased by 18.6% in the first quarter to 1.68 million KD, against 2.07 million KD in the same quarter in 2018.
