The Kuwaiti prosecutor summoned Shehab Murtada, an Instagram celebrity from Kuwait, nicknamed himself "the salt of Instagram" and was interrogated under the charge of "divine self harm". The interrogation of Shehab, an Iranian national residing in Kuwait, follows a complaint filed by Kuwaiti lawyer Bashar al-Nbadar.
