The total amount of responses to Fion's bid on Global Telecom Holding shares half an hour before the closing of the OPR was 1,915.780 billion shares, representing approximately 96.9% of target actions.
On July 2, Vion Holdings BV began executing the compulsory public offering of approximately 1,977,639 billion shares, representing 42.31% of the company's issued shares at a price of EGP 5.08.
The number of orders placed on the special transaction market reached 4502.
The offer was extended from July 2 to August 6, 2019.
