Councilor Ahmed El-Shazly, vice president of the Egyptian Court of Cbadation, and his family were injured in the bloody explosion at the Minya Institute of Oncology in Egypt.
The Ministry of Justice said in a statement that he had met his vehicle with the family at the scene, which had resulted in sporadic injuries and transferred to the Nbader Institute hospital.
The advisor to the Minister of Justice, Mohamed Hossam, Abdel Rahim, instructed his deputy health and social affairs to settle at the Nbader Institute in order to check the state of health of the injured counselor and his family, to treat and care for them and to instruct the organs of the ministry concerned to monitor their health and rebadure them.
The adviser Ahmed El-Shazly is the dismissal of the appeal filed by the state affairs authority, represented by the presidency of the Republic and the government, in the famous case Tiran and Sanafir in 2017 , in which he had upheld the decision of the court of first instance "Administrative Judge" with a view to invalidate the maritime boundary agreement between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
