Tottenham Hotspur has made an offer for Juventus star Paolo Dybala.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the Spurs offer amounts to 70 million euros for the Argentine star.
Dybala refused to settle in Manchester United as part of an exchange agreement with Red Devils forward Romelu Lukaku.
