Google closes the app Travels .. Know the reason

Google has announced the suspension of its Trips application as of August 5, noting that all user information and tools will not be erased, as most of its features have been integrated with other applications. such as Google Maps and search features.

According to the US site engadget, notes, locations and bookings will remain in search as long as you log in to your Google Account, and users will have the option to add or edit notes, where they will also find activities, registered locations and travel bookings (in the near future) in the Maps application. And your bookings will be automatically available offline.

Google announced changes to Travel in September 2018 and included many features that were later transferred to the Google Trips app. The goal now is to bring users back to Travel and include more features in the Google Maps and Navigation app.
