Health Minister Calls on Medical Association to Comply with High Court Decision – Fatah Movement – Gaza Strip

Health Minister Mai Kaila has called on the Union of Physicians to comply with the decision of the High Court of Justice to end the strike on the premises of the Ministry of Health.

Al-Kaila added that the non-compliance with the court's decision (No. 189/2019) on Wednesday to end the strike launched by the Medical Association, will be followed by administrative proceedings against non-conformists in accordance with the Civil Service Act.
