Tottenham reached an agreement with Fulham on the Ryan Cisignon deal just hours before the end of the summer transfer season in England.
The Summer Mercato will officially end in England on Thursday night.
The BBC announced that Tottenham had reached a final agreement with Fulham on access to Sigignon's services.
