Manchester City hired Scott Carson for a loan season until the summer of 2020 in Derby County.
Carson played 33 games with Derby County last season. He scored 45 goals and scored six goals.
The 33-year-old began his Leeds United career before joining Liverpool in 2005. He was then loaned to three clubs – Sheffield United, Charlton and Aston Villa – and eventually joined Lost Brom in 2008.
In 2011, he moved to Bursaspor for two seasons, then returned to England after pbading the athletes' gateway to Wigan, before joining Derby County in 2015.
Carson is the fifth of the summer Mercato in Manchester City, after Angelino, Rodri, Zack Stephen and Joao Cancelo.
Carson will be third in the city after Ederson and Claudio Bravo of Chile.
