The Minister of Health, Jamil Jbak, announced that he will complete the "Health Card Project and hope to present it to the Lebanese people".
"There is no health card in Lebanon," he said in a TV interview on MTV.
He revealed that the Iraqi Minister of Health will soon visit Lebanon and that "we will make a memorandum of understanding between us and Iraq, and Lebanon will export drugs to Iraq".
The minister added, "I do not mind visiting the United States if I have to do it and they are receiving me."
