Modern telemedicine technology enables consultants to provide advice from anywhere in the kingdom and virtual access to any hospital in Mona. They also allow them to move freely in the hospital to the patient's bed and provide clinical consultation in a simple way, using any smart device and the 4G network. Doctors from the United Arab Emirates and abroad in Riyadh and Jeddah have been trained to use this new technology to serve Rahman's guests.

Robo Doctor has integrated features, such as a stethoscope, special endoscopic cameras for the examination of ears and eyes, a special camera for skin examination and other tools allowing doctors to diagnose health problems and provide remote medical consultations. High-resolution image transmission and clinically certified, the doctor was able to read the signs and clinical indications, including X-rays.

The introduction of this service is a qualitative addition to the temporal and spatial responsiveness of practitioners and facilitates the provision of the best possible service in all health facilities, wherever they are.

The eHealth team works tirelessly to ensure the development and operation of these electronic systems and to monitor them to provide safer and better quality services with increased efficiency.
