Health is preparing for Eid al-Adha with 2227 ambulances

The Ministry of Health and Population announced the establishment of a detailed plan to celebrate the Eid al-Adha, strengthen the presence of medical teams in all hospitals, increase the degree preparation and support of drugs, medical supplies and equipment in hospitals and governorate health directorates.

The Ministry of Health and Population, in a statement, announced today that teams had been formed to monitor the implementation of the plan in the field and the sudden pbadage of hospitals, in order to ensure the presence of doctors and a medical team during the days of Eid, in addition to the prevention of discharge of hospital staff during the periods of celebration, in particular of the "emergency" departments "," Intensive Care "," burns "and" poisons ".

She added that the ambulance authority had been strengthened and that 2909 ambulances equipped with 2,227 cars had been distributed at public gatherings, parks, gardens, mosques and places of prayer, as well as 10 river ambulances and two helicopters. Publish them on the roads and in the desert of all governorates of the Republic, highlighting the convening of an emergency room and crisis at the general office of the Ministry, and this, 24 hours a day.

The ministry also explained that the health insurance plan provided for coordination between the Egyptian ambulance authority and the critical and urgent care sector in order to create rapid medical intervention centers in certain places of health. special nature, provided that an emergency doctor is present in every car in order to be able to deal quickly with any event, in addition to equip Medical Transport Vehicles with additional quantities of all types of medicines, supplies and oxygen bottles to move them when needed.

The statement highlighted the coordination between each of the university hospitals and burn treatment centers and between the emergency services center (137) to receive and transfer emergency cases and ensure availability. medical staff consisting of doctors, technicians and nursing services in emergency hospitals, also providing hospitals with medicines, supplies and equipment. The blood stocks in the Ministry's blood centers and banks totaled 22,441 blood bags from various factions and 42,775 plasma units as strategic stocks, in the national blood transfusion service centers, the administration General blood banks, secretariats of hospitals of specialized medical centers, Institutes of healing and education, the General Authority of Health Insurance and the therapeutic institution.

For its part, Dr. Alaa Eid, Advisor to the Minister of Endemic Prevention Affairs, said that intensification of control over the places of manufacture, exposure, sale and preservation of meat and meat processing plants and the withdrawal of samples necessary to determine the degree of human suitability, indicated that all catering establishments comply with sanitary requirements and initiate legal proceedings in case of failure. and to inform the competent authorities of unlicensed facilities in order to proceed with the necessary administrative closure or cessation of operations.

Eid pointed out that the coordination had taken place with the localities and the veterinary doctors in order to eliminate the mbadacres and to slaughter the sacrifices made within the framework of the fight against the pathogenic vectors, in addition ensure that all workers have valid health certificates proving that they are free of infectious diseases, and guarantee the commitment of establishments and workers in the food sector. And good workmanship.

He also explained his commitment to the transport of meat and viscera after the mbadacres and to take all legal measures against the violations, to the extent that these requirements apply to the transport of frozen meat, adding that the governorates' central laboratories and joint laboratories were ready to receive all food samples, environmental samples and human samples.

Eid pointed out that in the event of suspected food poisoning, the necessary investigations would be carried out: samples taken from the remaining quantities of the ingredient, taken from the human ingestion, samples properly sent to the central laboratories from the Ministry of Health, the Directorate General of Food Control and the Prevention Chamber informed of suspected cases of food poisoning and epidemiological investigations.
