LONDON (Reuters) – Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba said there was still a "question mark" about his future with his club after a 4-0 win over Chelsea in the first round of the league. The French midfielder said he wanted to leave the club this summer and would have been tied to Real or Juventus.
United manager Uli Gunnar Solskjaer praised Pogba's professionalism after scoring the third and fourth goals against Chelsea, but the midfielder said that "only time will tell clearly" he continues in England .
The transfer season ended Thursday, one day before the start of the new season, but clubs can still sell their players to foreign clubs until the closing of the transfer window in Europe on September 2nd.
