Spaniard Rafael Nadal improved his career record by winning the Rogers Cup after defeating Daniel Medvedev of Russia 6-3 6-0 in the men's final in Montreal, Canada. Nadal retains the title of one of the tough tournaments and has increased the number of titles in the Masters to 35 titles.
