Barcelona has taken its first official steps to bring Brazilian winger Neymar da Silva back to the Catalan club.
The Brazilian wants to leave the Princes Park this summer, two years after leaving Barcelona, to break the value of the penalty clause of his contract, estimated at 222 million euros.
According to Spanish radio Catalunya, Josep Maria Bartomio, president of Barcelona, gave the green light to move towards the signature of Neymar.
