1.5 million riyals alternative economic value of health services in the Hajj

The Ministry of Health in Mecca stated that the total economic value of water-based irrigation and the additional health-care needs provided to the Hajj 1440 H amount to 1.6 million RS, under the supervision and the support of the watering and welfare committee of the emirate of Mecca, as part of Makkah Health's community participation program.

According to the Ministry, 73 translation devices worth 73,000 riyals, 4,000 ihrams for 360,000 riyals and 3,000 shoes, worth 3,500 shoes of a value of 16 500 riyals, 819 wheelchairs worth 229,320 riyals, 45,870 boxes of irrigation worth 45,870 riyals and 100 devices for measuring sugar. And provided 100 manometers worth 16,500 riyals, 42,000 solar umbrellas valued at 231,1000 riyals and urban center translation staff salaries reported at 937, for an amount of 50,900 riyals.

The Ministry of Health has given the community the opportunity to participate in the provision of these supplies to achieve a development partnership.
