SINGAPORE (Reuters) – The Kuwaiti foreign oil research company (KUFPEC) has announced the immediate shipment of a cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Australia in September, two sources said Wednesday. .
They stated that the shipment had been delivered FOB in Wheatstone, Australia, at the end of September.
One bidder said the bidding call would be closed on August 13 and that bids would remain valid until August 15.
KUFPEC is the foreign exploration arm of Kuwait, a major Gulf producer within the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and a shareholder in Chevron's LNG Wheatstone project.
