For their part, the doctors of residence and the public doctors protested against the request of the Ministry of Health, considering it as a clear and clear violation of the program of residence of the doctors, affirming that the contracts of residence are required by the lack of minimum rights for health.

Those who rejected the request said that changing the ministry's residency program policy would result in the closure of appointments and reduce the resident's salary from 750 dinars to 250 dinars a month, hoping that they would not be able to pay for them. a large number of doctors would use it, especially the unemployed.
