Afternoon in the New York market, the 10-year benchmark US Treasury yields reached a low of 1.475% in three years, which is not far from the record lows of 1.321% reached early July 2016.

The 30-year Treasury yield fell to a record low of 1.916%. The two-year Treasury yield fell to 1.467%, its lowest level in almost two years.
