The Arab Network for Business Development and Capacity and the Arab Academy for Development, Yemeni activist Irfa & Al-Qubati, received the Shield of Excellence as a pioneer of change .
The Arab Conference: Women Leaders and Entrepreneurs – Change Makers, announced on its Facebook page that the Yemeni qualification of the Al-Qubati ascent with Israa Farwana of Palestine and Fayrouz Al-Jalamdeh of Jordan would constitute the 39, the final step in the order of change makers in the Arab world.
The conference pointed out that Al-Qubati won among the 45 female personalities of the Arab world among 250 candidates, personalities, pioneers, parliamentarians and elites in several fields and in 15 categories.
According to the conference page, the contest will go through two phases: the first candidates contested the "vote – the jury's decision – the recommendations of the official bodies and institutions – the memberships" and replaced Qubati among the 45 winners of the first phase.
Al-Qubati appeared during the war in Yemen through his participation in a number of volunteer work.
