The conditions published in the Official Journal published Thursday in (13) articles about recreational pools, which use natural hot water allocated to the public for a fee.
Conditions were defined as hot water basins such as a pool of water used for recreational bathing purposes for a fee paid directly or indirectly.
The pond owner was subjected to several conditions, in addition to operating conditions, pond specifications and general safety procedures.
