Al-Dustour publishes a Map of Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Hospitals of the Republic of Egypt, which includes 18 hospitals in all governorates, to provide mental health treatment and addiction services to all patients.
The General Secretariat for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment was established in 1998 as a central entity under the authority of the Minister of Health.
The General Secretariat of Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Hospitals offers outpatient treatment options through outpatient clinics and hospital beds for internal treatment.
The hospital map includes: "Abbasiya – Heliopolis – Helwan – Khanka – Banha" in Greater Cairo, "Mamoura – Abbas Helmy" in Alexandria, "Port Said" in the cbad and "Demira – Azazi – Tanta – Shabrakas – Shebin El -Kom "in the Delta. And "Assiut – Beni Suef – Aswan – Sohag – Minya" in Upper Egypt.
