A delegation from the Ministry of Health visited the Port Said governorate this morning to follow the experimental operation of the new comprehensive health insurance system.
The delegation is led by the operations and emergencies room of the new health insurance building, which operates 24 hours a day to determine household registration rates in system units and track the rate of surgical operations in hospitals to overcome the obstacles they may face.
The delegation visits several hospitals and family medicine units, which form the core of the new system, where family records are opened, as well as field monitoring work, to ensure the best possible medical service to patients.
It should be noted that the pilot operation of the comprehensive health insurance was launched in the governorate of Port Said on July 1 and continues for two months.
