NASA's Near Earth Research Center (CNEOS) has revealed that a huge asteroid named QQ23 will record an "exciting" approach to our planet on August 10th.
The asteroid, clbadified by the US agency as "near-Earth object", is expected to arrive at its nearest land point after 3 am, at a distance of about 4.6 millions of miles.
