A unique precedent in Lebanon. One company has 26 weeks paternity leave – Northern Ambassador

In a precedent never seen in Lebanon, the Diageo-Lebanon branch decided to grant men who have paid paternity leave.

With this move, Diageo has implemented global business policy in every country in the world, according to Executive magazine.

Under the company's new policy, fathers and mothers receive 26 weeks of paid leave.
