Commenting on the position attributed to Industry Minister Wael Abu Faour, the Minister stated that "our historical position is known to the Palestinian people, their legitimate cause and their civil rights in Lebanon, as long as the party is struggling and submits draft laws and proposals for the realization of these rights ".

In a statement, Abu Faour stressed that "in the Council of Ministers, I supported the position of Prime Minister Saad Hariri in his concern for the rights of Palestinians in Lebanon and the restoration of the situation in Lebanon. as well as the restoration and preservation of Lebanese-Palestinian relations ".
He added: "I have therefore supported his position, that the Council of Ministers seizes the matter today and begins to implement this decision immediately, which will be announced by the presence of the Minister of Finance. Work and nothing more ".
