The great artist Adel Imam mourned his great colleague Farouk al-Fishawi, who left our world on Thursday morning, suffering from a liver coma ending his fight against cancer.
Adel imam posted on his official Facebook page a photo of him in the last star, with the commentary "Stay in God in the death of the great artist Farouk al-Fishawi".
Farouk al-Fishawi died early Thursday at the age of 67 from a hepatic coma after playing his last role in the "fight against cancer".
Last October, Al-Feshawi surprised the arts center and its fans by honoring the opening of the Alexandria Film Festival for the Mediterranean countries by announcing that he was infected with the disease.
"After tests, tests and radiation, my doctor told me that I had cancer.I will treat this disease as a headache and, with determination, I will triumph over this disease."
His health deteriorated rapidly last week before his departure from a few hours ago.
A number of cinematographic works took place between the two stars, including "The Suspicious" by Samir Seif in the 1980s.
Al-Fishawi was born in 1952 in the governorate of Menoufia. Graduate of the Faculty of Arts, he then joined the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts.
He began his artistic career in the mid-1970s before appearing in the series "My Dear Sons .. Thank You" with the great actor Abdel Moneim Madbouli and director Mohamed Fadel.
He then went to the movies, which earned him great fame and helped him, as well as Samata to get several roles, but he proved the sincerity of his talent after excelling in serious roles and comedies .
Al-Feshawi presented leading film works such as Al Batiniyah, Fatwa Al Jabal, Harbor Monsters, When Men Cry, Kaf, Professor Knows More and many others.
"The World is Down", "The Princess", "The Most Beautiful" and "The People in Tallat" were presented on stage. The last piece was played by King Lear with actor Yahya Al Fakharani.
Al-Feshawi married actress Sumaya Al-Alfi and Ahmed and Omar were born. Ahmed has also entered the field of representation.
